Orders & shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery typically takes 5–11 business days after processing. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to United States addresses.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated in a few days, email Mike at fm_commerce@outlook.com and he'll chase it.

How do I pay?

Through Shopify's secure checkout — major cards and express wallet payments are accepted.

Returns

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery. Items should be unused and in their original condition. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

What if something arrives damaged or wrong?

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery to fm_commerce@outlook.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Products & materials

Is this real leather?

We only say "leather" when we've verified it. Where a product is vegan leather (PU), the product page says so plainly. Where we haven't verified a material to our standard, we describe the finish you'll actually feel instead of naming a material. No guessing, no dressed-up claims — see Materials & Care.

Do the AirTag products include an AirTag?

No — the AirTag is sold separately by Apple. Our AirTag wallet and keychain hold the tracker; they don't include it.

Which iPhones does the MagSafe case fit?

The Slim Magnetic iPhone Case comes in versions for iPhone 16, 16 Pro, 16 Pro Max, and 15 Pro — pick your model on the product page. The Magnetic Phone Wallet attaches to any MagSafe-compatible phone or case.

How do I pick a belt length?

Pick roughly 6" (15 cm) above your trouser waist — a 34" waist usually takes the 100 cm. If you're between sizes, email Mike before you order and he'll help you choose.
