Refund policy

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Items should be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email fm_commerce@outlook.com with your order number — we'll reply with instructions.

Damaged or wrong item? Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.

Change of mind? Return shipping is paid by the customer; the item price is refunded once the return is received and inspected.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
